Refund policy

Every piece is handcrafted with intention and care — and we stand behind each one completely. Because we are a small batch maker and because we care deeply about sustainability and waste, we don't accept returns for refund. However if something arrives damaged or not as described we will always make it right.

For unworn necklaces, bracelets and earrings in original condition we offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging to qualify.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

We do our very best to ensure sturdy, safe packaging of all of our pieces, but in the unfortunate case of a broken or damaged good, a clear photo of the damaged good must be sent via email (hello@wyldterra.com) within 3 days of receipt. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged good will be provided in a reply email.

Wyld Terra has the right to deny a return at any time. The Return Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
