Shipping policy

Currently shipping to the US only. (international coming soon!)

PROCESSING: The store has mostly ready-to-ship items, expect those to ship within 1-2 business days.

For made to order items, allow 3-5 days processing time.

SHIPPING: Once your order is ready, it will ship via USPS. 

All domestic orders over $175 will ship via USPS Priority mail for FREE
You may also upgrade to USPS Priority mail at any time.

For orders under $175, you are free to choose USPS Grand Advantage or USPS Priority Mail:

USPS Ground Advantage average delivery time: 3-5 business days ($8.50)

USPS Priority Mail average delivery time: 2-3 business days ($13.50)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hang tight, it is coming soon!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Wyld Terra is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent USPS with tracking, unless otherwise noted. Once your package leaves the Wyld Terra Studio it is in the hands of the USPS. After the package is picked up from our studio or dropped off at the shipping carrier, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser. If your package is lost/stolen please contact your local post office. Contact hello@wyldterra.com and we will assist you in any way we can.

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info.
