However if something arrives damaged or not as described we will always make it right. For unworn necklaces, bracelets and earrings in original condition we offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging to qualify. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
